This first generation of the Locust Hill brewing system was custom built in 2015 by the owner and head brewer. It had a 5 gallon capacity and many of the first batches of Locust Hill beer were brewed on this system and it still remains in the brewery as a reminder of where it all started.

In 2016 after realizing that the operation needed more space, we moved to a more permeant location on the property that was dedicated to brewing and features a 10 gallon system and a complete tap room where friends, family, and guest are able to enjoy the wide variety of beers created at Locust Hill.

In late 2021 Locust Hill Beer invested in upgrades to bring the brewery to the next level. This included the addition of a 3/4 HP Glycol Chiller and a Jacketed 1/2 barrel Unitank.
